1. General & Stock Availability

All orders are subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, but from time-to-time, there may be a stock discrepancy. In this instance, we will automatically cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of your order. All refunds will be credited back to your original source mode of payment.

2. Shipping Destination & Costs

We ship only within India. We do not offer international shipping.

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your items. Payment for shipping will be collected at checkout and will be the final price charged to the customer.

3. Strict No-Return & No-Refund Policy

Due to the nature of fragrance products, all sales are final.

  • No Change of Mind: We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds if you change your mind, dislike a scent, or ordered the wrong item by mistake.

  • No Warranty Returns: We do not offer warranties or post-delivery returns on perfume items once they have been received.

4. Damaged Items & Mandatory Unboxing Video

We only replace or refund items if they arrive physically broken or damaged during transit. To protect against fraudulent claims, we enforce a strict verification process:

⚠️ Mandatory Requirement: You must record a continuous, unedited video proof of the package being unboxed from the very beginning (showing the sealed shipping label) to the end. Without clear video evidence of the damage upon unboxing, claims will be strictly rejected.

5. Refund Processing (Mode of Payment)

Once a refund is approved or initiated (due to stock discrepancies, cancellations, or transit damage), the refund will be processed exclusively through the original source mode of payment used during checkout. Please note that it may take a few business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment gateway.

6. Delivery Terms

  • 6.1 Transit Time: Domestic shipments within India are generally in transit for 2 to 7 business days, depending on your zone. If your delivery has exceeded this timeframe, please reach out to our customer service so we can investigate with the courier.

  • 6.2 Dispatch Time: Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment. Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays.

  • 6.3 Change of Delivery Address: We can update your delivery address at any time before the order has been dispatched. Once the order leaves our warehouse, no address modifications can be made.

7. Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email to follow the progress of your shipment via our logistics partners (Shiprocket/Shipmojo).

8. Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched for a full refund (issued to your original source mode of payment). Once an order is handed over to the courier, it cannot be canceled or recalled.
